We follow a proven 6-step process to ensure your project is completed on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations.
We assist in selecting durable flooring, inspect and repair the subfloor, and ensure it's clean, dry, and level.
Existing flooring is removed and disposed of, and underlayment is installed, such as cement board for tile or moisture barrier for LVP.
We plan the layout to minimize small pieces in visible areas, find the room's center, and establish guidelines before dry-laying the pattern.
We apply thinset and set tiles or click, glue, or nail planks, making precise cuts around obstacles.
Grout is applied to tile after thinset cures, excess is cleaned, and grout lines are sealed. Trim and transitions are installed for other floors.
Grout lines and natural stone are sealed, baseboards are installed, and a thorough cleaning is done to ensure satisfaction.

For longevity, consider porcelain or ceramic tile, or luxury vinyl plank for durability and comfort. Hardwood is not recommended for kitchens due to water damage risks.
Flooring costs vary by material and kitchen size. We offer transparent pricing, from budget-friendly vinyl to premium natural stone, for your Fort Collins kitchen.
Typically, cabinets are installed first, followed by flooring. However, flooring should be laid under islands to allow for future adjustments. We guide Fort Collins homeowners on the best approach.
Medium-toned neutrals, such as gray and greige, are practical choices as they conceal dirt and wear well, complementing various cabinet styles in Fort Collins homes.
